Who manages the booking data?

If you booked through an agent,Sally's Cottages, AirBnb etc, please refer to their websites for their privacy policies. Agents provide information to Saddleback Cottages to enable us to manage your stay with us. That information is used as if you had booked directly with Saddleback Cottages as noted below:

What we do with your data

All data received by us is held securely on our computer system and is used to manage your stay with us. We do not share your data with any third parties unless legally obliged to do so.

Contacting you

We send an email prior to your stay with essential information to help you plan your holiday. If you provide confirmation that you are happy for us to stay in touch with you on the feedback form found in the cottage, we will retain just your name and email address securely on our computer system. This will be used to send occasional information about the cottages. You may unsubscribe from these emails at any time by emailing “UNSUBSCRIBE” from the email address we hold for you to saddlebackbarn@gmx.com or replying UNSUBSCRIBE to any email we send you.

Deleting your data

Approximately 3 months after your holiday we delete all data from our computer system unless you have provided positive confirmation that you would like us to stay in touch.

If you have any questions regarding this notice, please email saddlebackbarn@gmx.com with your name and agent booking reference or invoice number (for direct bookings).

Covid19 - NHS Test & Trace

We are currently required by law to hold the names and contact details of all guests in our properties.  If we do not receive sufficient information from the booking  agent, we will ask you to complete a registration form upon your arrival. The information in this form will only be shared with NHS test and trace should this be required. This information will remain in paper format and will be destroyed 21 days after the end of your stay
